Ethnic Ball

KC Cherokee Community:

Event is March 1st.

American Indians are hosting the Ethnic Ball this year at the Sheraton Hotel and it is going to be a wonderful event.  Your invitation is attached.  I will send you the menu in a follow up message.  The Sheraton is the old Hyatt by Crown Center, and parking is free in the garage on the North side of the hotel entrance.

Tickets are $70 per person, which is actually reasonable when you consider the meal and the rest of the event.  American Indians have already purchased 6 tables for a total of 60 people.  We are hoping to fill 4 more tables.  The total headcount for the Ball should be between 600 and 800 people – representing more than 50 countries.

If you would like to sit with other Cherokees at the Ball, put American Indian/Cherokee as your Country when you fill out your reply card.  Make your check out to the EEC, and mail it and your reply card to the address below.  To guarantee good seating, please mail them ASAP.  The deadline for late reservations is Friday, February 14, 2013.  Please RSVP a list of your guests to tbrandom@aol.com when you put your envelope in the mail.  It will help us keep track of everyone.
